Father Estacio says “thank you”  for the success of the Sto. Nino de Taguig Parish Santacruzan 2015

“I want to thank all of you, for making our Parish Santacruzan a success,” Father Daniel Estacio said during the closing program of the Sto. Nino de Taguig Parish Grand Santacruzan 2015 held Saturday night, May 23, 2015.

He thanked the Lord first and foremost for the many graces received and the Blessed Virgin Mary for the good weather.

“Una, pasalamatan natin ang Panginoon sa kanyang biyaya sa ating lahat. Palakpakan natin ang Panginoon,” Fr. Estacio said.

“Ikalawa, pasalamat din natin ang ating Mahal na Birheng Maria na ating pinararangalan ngayon sa magandang panahon. Palakpakan natin si Mama Mary,” the parish priest said.

Lastly, he expressed his gratitude to the parishioners especially those who participated as Reynas, escorts, angels, their parents, as well as the different organizations and ministries for the success of the Parish Santacruzan and Flores De Mayo 2015.

“Nawa ang ginawa nating ito sa gitna ng ating pagod, sa gitna ng ating puyat, sa ating uhaw, sumakit ang ating mga paa, ito ay sakripisyo rin natin at alay natin sa Panginoon at alay natin sa Mahal na Birheng Maria,” he said.

The parish priest himself joined the Santacruzan procession after the mass that started at 6pm and ended at 9:30pm traversing a route of some five kilometer road in Signal Village, Taguig City.

“Sana magkaroon ng kabuluhan at kahulugan ang ginawa natin ngayon bilang pagpaparangal sa ating Panginoon at Mahal na Birheng Maria. Muli, sa ngalan ng Sto. Nino Parish, maraming-maraming salamat po,” he added.

The Santacruzan procession was participated in by some 30 Reynas and eight angels, namely, Methuselah, Reyna Banderada, Aetas, Reyna Mora, Reyna Fe, Reyna Esperanza, Reyna Caridad, Reyna Abogada, Reyna Sentenciada, Reyna Justicia, Reyna Judith, Reyna Shebah, Reyna Ester, Reyna Luna, Reyna del Sol, Reyna Clavo, Samaritana, Veronica, Mary of Magdala, Mary the Mother of Jesus Christ, Mary the Mother of James, Divina Pastora, Reyna delas Estrellas, Rosa Mystica, Reyna Paz, Reyna de las Propetas, Reyna del Cielo, Reyna delas Virgines, Reyna de las Flores, and Reyna Elena.

During the closing program, each of the reynas and angels received a certificate of appreciation for their valuable participation in the Santacruzan.

The “Best Arko” went to Reyna de las Propetas who received a prize, an image of the Sleeping St. Joseph courtesy of Rev. Fr. Daniel Estacio. ###
